Where? Located in Ferrycarrig, Co. Wexford, inside the Irish National Heritage Park.

When? The project will take place July 26 – August 13. Volunteers can participate anytime during those weeks, however, we do ask for a minimum of 2 days participation.

Background: Through a partnership between the IAFS and Irish National Heritage Park (INHP), as well as Dr. Brendan O’Neill of University College Dublin (UCD), this project aims to construct ‘new’ medieval walls and buildings on/near the site of the ringwork, allowing future visitors and students a chance to better comprehend the history of this most important site and medieval society in general.
