Overview: The Forensic Anthropology – ‘Dead Men do Tell Tales’ program is a comprehensive course of online lectures, tuition and instruction, an e-learning pack, walkthrough interactive lab sessions, virtual field trips and an academic transcript which will add to the education you have gained to date and equip you with confidence for conducting field work professionally after your studies. This course is one of a kind, taught by experts in their field and accredited by Maynooth University (7.5 ECTS or c. 3 US Semester Credits).
Dead Men Do Tell Tales is designed to introduce students to a range of techniques used by osteo-archaeologists, archaeologists and anthropologists during the excavation and analysis of human remains.
The course is delivered by some of the foremost archaeological and bioarchaeological experts in Ireland.
